Job Title: Web Assistant Development Engineer

Location: Singapore（Onboarding & training in Shenzhen, China）

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of the company’s web-based products, including PC applications and mobile H5 pages. Participate in requirements analysis and technical solution design for front-end features.
2. Conduct in-depth research into web front-end performance and page loading speed, and propose and implement effective optimization solutions.
3. Develop and maintain business components and reusable modules using mainstream front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
4. Optimize page performance and user experience, address cross-device compatibility issues (PC and mobile H5), ensure cross-browser compatibility, and improve page responsiveness and loading speed.
5. Work closely with QA, Product, Backend Development, and UI/UX Design teams to ensure stable product releases and continuous iteration.

Requirements:

1. Solid foundation in front-end development, with proficiency in core technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Familiarity with mainstream front-end frameworks such as React or Vue and their underlying principles. Proficiency in component-based development, state management (e.g., Redux, Pinia, Vuex), and routing mechanisms.
3. Proficiency in TypeScript, with a good understanding of Flexbox layout and responsive design. Ability to independently handle cross-version and multi-screen-size adaptation.
4. Hands-on experience with complete web front-end projects and the ability to independently take ownership of business modules and component development.
5. Strong understanding of modular and component-based development principles, with the ability to apply relevant design patterns effectively. Excellent logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
