About us
Symatics Technology is a semiconductor architecture company building the next generation of AI compute infrastructure. We are developing the MPU (Morphific Processing Unit), a new class of processor distinct from GPUs, NPUs, and general-purpose accelerators. Rather than stacking more compute units or leaning on ever-higher-bandwidth memory and advanced packaging, we redesign how AI workloads execute at the level of computational structure — structural matrix computation, resident state, and cyclic structural state flow — to make inference, MoE execution, and multi-agent state exchange more efficient on a mature, manufacturable engineering path.
The architecture rests on a single bet: structure is computation, with no run-time scheduling — so nearly all of the complexity is resolved in the compiler, at compile time. That makes the compiler, the golden reference model, and the architecture specification our core IP, built and owned in-house, while mature ASIC implementation (synthesis, P&R, STA, DFT, tape-out) is delivered by established design houses.
About the role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in One-North on a full-time basis. You will build the in-house engineering team behind our core IP, hiring the compiler, architecture and AI systems engineers who will bring the MPU to life.
You will work closely with our CTO and engineering leaders across Singapore, Taiwan and Canada to define roles, find candidates and run the hiring process from first contact to signed offer. This is a hands-on role at an early-stage company, with the chance to shape how we hire and to help build a world-class technical team from the ground up.
What you'll do
Run the full hiring process for technical roles: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
Work with hiring managers to define roles, levels and interview loops
Actively source engineers through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals and events
Build a pipeline of AI/ML, systems and infrastructure talent in Singapore, Taiwan and Canada
Manage candidate experience, offer negotiation and onboarding handover
Set up and maintain our applicant tracking system, hiring data and reports
Manage recruitment agencies where needed
Help build our employer brand in the engineering community
What we're looking for
2+ years of technical recruiting, including hiring for AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, systems or DevOps engineering roles
Enough understanding of these fields to hold a credible first conversation with engineers (e.g. GPUs, distributed systems, Kubernetes, MLOps)
Strong sourcing skills and a track record of filling hard-to-find roles
Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
Experience hiring across multiple countries is a plus
