Minimum 18YO

Previous bartending or bar service experience is preferred

Experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue is an advantage

Familiar with basic bar operations and beverage service

Willing to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, punctual and well-groomed

Good attitude, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team

Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar

Passion or interest in the F&B and entertainment industry is a plus

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and company standards.

Take beverage orders and provide recommendations to customers.

Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.

Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock replenishment and wastage.

Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.

Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and company SOPs.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock-taking.

Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
