Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a cashier or customer service role.
Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with good mathematical skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
