Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media and other digital channels

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and analysis

  • Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing trends and competitors

  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication

  • Work closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
