We're currently partnering with a project management consulting firm with a strong footprint across APAC.

They are well-regarded for delivering warehouse, industrial and data centre design & build projects for multinational clients, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence in complex environments.

About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will focus on end-to-end project delivery for data centre developments in Singapore. It's a site-based role that connects project planning with on-site execution. You will be responsible for coordinating activities on site, reviewing technical details, and managing the Go-Live phase to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing stakeholders across clients, consultants and contractors
• Coordinating architects, engineers and project teams
• Overseeing contract administration and project controls
• Driving project timelines, reporting and overall delivery
• Technical Issue Management

What they are looking for:

• Experience in industrial fit-out and/or greenfield construction mission critical projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Proven experience managing architects and engineering teams
• Exposure to property development and/or data centre projects is a plus
