Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

No experience required, training will be provided.

Proficient in using computers and basic office applications.

Good communication skills, both oral and written, in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Able to work in a team and under supervision.

Positive attitude, highly motivated, and proactive.

Able to work at our office located at C-3-1, Jalan Selaman 1, Off Jalan Ampang, Dataran Palma, Ampang Jaya, Selangor, 68000, Malaysia.

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services, following a structured sales script.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing information about products, services, and promotions.

Gather customer information, record details of interactions, and update customer databases accurately.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services to meet those needs.

Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for senior sales representatives when necessary.

Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales objectives as set by the sales manager.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategies.
