Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Simco Engraving Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Operations Management).

Proven track record of 3-5 years in a production supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience in Production Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Strong understanding and practical experience in Gravure Cylinder Production processes and quality control.

Excellent Team Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a production team.

Experience in implementing Process Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high quality standards.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members, management, and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment at Jalan TSB 9, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, 47810, Malaysia.

Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.

Problem-solving aptitude to address production challenges and implement timely solutions.

Oversee and manage daily production operations for gravure cylinder manufacturing, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure all machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained according to established procedures, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs.

Collaborate with planning, quality control, and engineering departments to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.

Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor utilization, and report on key performance indicators to management.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs), within the production department.
