Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure quality, safety, and timely order completion while guiding and monitoring kitchen staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality output
• Assign duties and monitor kitchen staff performance to maintain productivity and standards
• Ensure food quality, portioning, and preparation meet established standards for customer satisfaction
• Enforce compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Monitor stock levels, ingredients, and food wastage to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the kitchen to support operational efficiency
• Assist in training and guiding kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
• Report operational or equipment issues promptly to Management for swift resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations
• Relevant experience in F&B, central kitchen, catering, or food production
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
