Full Time Mortgage Advisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + commission in Right Recruit WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum qualification of SPM or above.

At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development.

Candidates with banking, financial services, or loan-related experience will have an added advantage.

Sales-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Confident in handling outbound calls, customer enquiries, and sales follow-ups.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Identifying and acquiring mortgage business to the Bank from primary and secondary market.

Cold Call existing or new customer to approach for the service

Soliciting mortgage business referred by lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers and valuers.

Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationship and close contacts with business counterparts for referrals.

Ensuring compliance and consistency with internal Bank's policy.

Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on mortgage loan application and documentation.
