Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Specialist to manage identity and access across a Microsoft cloud environment, covering Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, and access security controls. The role combines hands-on identity lifecycle management with security policy contribution, offshore team coordination, and Scrum Master responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user license management, application service deployment, and access control solutions

Oversee identity lifecycle management: provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronisation with cloud-based directories

Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies to enhance security

Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for secure resource access

Lead and collaborate with offshore teams, contributing to security policy definitions

Act as Scrum Master, managing project activities in JIRA and driving process improvements

Administer Office 365, including troubleshooting and global administrator tasks

Prepare reports on license usage, system performance, and compliance activities

Perform other tasks related to the role

Qualifications/Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Experience in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and directory synchronisation

Experience implementing MFA and conditional access policies

Knowledge of RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Experience administering Office 365, including global administrator tasks

Scrum Master experience, with working knowledge of JIRA

Experience leading or coordinating offshore teams

Reporting skills covering licensing, performance, and compliance
