Minimum SPM/UEC/STPM; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.

Experience in administration, personal assistant, or office operations is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with ChatGPT or other Al tools is an advantage.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsible, proactive, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication skills in Mandarin & English.

Willing to learn new technologies and assist with different tasks.

Handle general office administration, documentation, filing, and data entry.

Assist the Director with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and daily tasks.

Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.

Assist with Al tools such as ChatGPT for daily work, research, reporting, and process improvements.

Coordinate internal communications and follow up on assigned tasks.

Support company operations, meetings, and events when required.

Perform ad-hoc administrative and PA duties assigned by management.
