We’re Hiring: Paediatric Speech Therapist
Make a Difference, One Child and One Family at a Time!
Are you passionate about helping children find their voice and reach their potential? We are looking for a caring and motivated Speech Therapist to join our team, providing clinic-based therapy for infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents aged 1–16 years.
We believe that every child is unique and that families are essential partners in a child's development. Our approach focuses on understanding each family's concerns, working towards meaningful goals, and empowering caregivers with practical strategies to support their child's progress in everyday life.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, communication, and developmental assessments to identify each child's strengths and areas of need.
Plan and deliver individualised, engaging, and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions.
Work closely with parents and caregivers to establish meaningful goals based on the child's and family's priorities.
Empower families through caregiver coaching, practical strategies, and home-based activities to support progress beyond the clinic.
Monitor children's progress and adapt therapy plans according to their evolving needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, and progress records.
Collaborate with families and other professionals where appropriate to support each child's overall development.
Create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where children and families feel heard, understood, and encouraged.
Requirements
Degree qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology and AHPC full registration.
A passion for working with children and supporting families.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to therapy.
Experience in paediatric therapy is an advantage; enthusiastic early-career therapists are welcome to apply.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who believes therapy goes beyond the clinic session — a therapist who values family partnerships, celebrates every milestone, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's everyday lives.
If you share our vision of helping children thrive through individualised, family-centred care, we would love to hear from you!
