Full Time Customer Service Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Thong Guan Industries Berhad Kedah - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail with good follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments

Mandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage

Experience in plastic manufacturing, packaging or industrial products will be an added advantage

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Prepare quotations, sales documents and related paperwork accurately and promptly

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules and other sales-related matters

Handle customers' enquiries through telephone, email and other communication channels

Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Monitor and follow up on customer orders, production status and delivery arrangements

Enter and maintain customer, quotation, sales order and related information in the company's business system

Ensure all sales and customer records are accurate and kept up to date

Prepare sales reports, customer reports and other sales-related reports as required by management

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely responses to their enquiries

Assist in handling customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up and resolution
