Responsibilities
Job Summary
Join our 7-Eleven store team as a full-time or part-time crew member, delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and store operations, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Responsibilities
Operate the cash register accurately to process customer transactions
Assist customers by answering purchase inquiries and providing product information
Restock shelves regularly to ensure products are well displayed and available
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to meet safety and hygiene standards
Follow all store procedures and safety guidelines consistently
Carry boxes of goods from receiving point to shelves with assistance to support stock management
Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Adapt to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate friendly, honest, and responsible behavior in customer interactions and teamwork
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
No prior experience required; training will be provided
