Full Time Account - Finance Assistant Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,999 in MBN Enterprise Melaka - Maukerja

Technical Competencies

· Good knowledge and practical experience in:

o Full set accounting

o Monthly and year-end financial closing

o Financial reporting

o Budgeting and forecasting

o Cash flow management

o Cost accounting and inventory control

o Taxation, including corporate tax, SST and withholding tax where applicable

o External and internal audit coordination

o Internal controls and compliance

Systems Knowledge

· Proficient in ERP and accounting systems.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Experience with reporting or BI tools is an advantage.

Leadership & Other Competencies

· Ability to supervise and support the Accounts & Finance team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· High level of integrity, responsibility and confidentiality.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

· Manufacturing industry experience.

· Experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing or BOM costing.

· Experience handling CAPEX evaluation and financial analysis.

· Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.

· Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW or MIA.

Brief Description of Job Holder's Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
