Full Time Director, HR Business Partnering Jobs, in Kerry Consulting - Maukerja

Our client is a leading organisation in the public sector with a large and diverse workforce. As part of its continued investment in organisational excellence, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR leader to lead its HR Business Partnering function, strengthen people capabilities and build a high-performing, service-oriented HR culture.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, you will lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting the strategic direction for HR partnering and ensuring the function delivers meaningful business and people outcomes.

You will partner closely with senior leadership to translate organisational priorities into effective workforce, talent and people strategies, while building an engaged and high-performing HRBP team.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on complex people matters spanning talent, employee engagement, employee relations, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives across talent acquisition, career development, job redesign and resource optimisation, while coaching leaders to take greater ownership of their people agenda.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess at least 20 years of HR experience, with significant leadership experience in HR Business Partnering within a large and complex organisation. You should have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and partnering senior stakeholders across the full HR spectrum.
