Responsibilities
Business Analysis & User Support
Liaise with HR business users to understand requirements and issues
Assist in requirements gathering and documentation
Support business process reviews and workflow discussions
Coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors
Provide user support and functional assistance
SuccessFactors Support
Support SAP SuccessFactors related activities
Coordinate testing activities including UAT
Support data validation and migration activities
Assist with system access and user administration
Track and follow up system issues
Project Coordination / PMO Support
Prepare meeting minutes and project documentation
Maintain action item logs and project trackers
Support project governance and reporting
Track project progress and follow-up activities
Coordinate meetings between HR, IT and vendors
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as a liaison between:
HR Business Users
Information Systems (IT)
External Vendors
Project Team Members
Preferred Experience
