Job Introduction

We are hiring on behalf of our client,luxury fashion house, to deliver exceptional and personalized service while building lasting client relationships and driving sales performance in a refined retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs: Sales targets, SPT, UPT & conversion rate
• Provide personalized, high-touch client service and styling advice
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through CRM
• Create memorable, tailored in-store experiences
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising
• Ensure stockroom organization and accurate stock movements
• Support sales reporting when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience with premium brand / luxury industry
• Passion for luxury retail and client experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication with a refined, client-centric approach
• Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Confident storyteller with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and service-focused
• Eager to learn, grow, and innovate
• Strong sense of responsibility & team spirit
• Customer service mindset, fast-learner with high energy personality
• Able to work rotational hours and flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, and full shifts).
