Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Safety and Compliance
Observe workplace safety and health requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.
Follow the company's OSH policies, established safe work procedures and applicable regulations in daily operations.
2. Order Administration
Process customer orders and verify order details for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare order information for the Planner and follow up with customers on missing details or outstanding documents.
Monitor order progress and coordinate with relevant parties to address issues that may affect fulfilment.
3. Supply and Vessel Coordination
Liaise with booking agents and vessel operators to obtain updates on supply schedules and vessel loading arrangements.
Coordinate closely with the Planner to ensure timely supply and smooth execution of customer orders.
Perform daily order reconciliation to verify that all incoming orders have been recorded and accounted for.
4. Delivery and Billing Administration
Coordinate the collection and dispatch of delivery orders upon job completion.
Send completed delivery documentation to customers as confirmation of delivery.
Close completed job orders in the relevant system and ensure supporting documents are ready for billing.
5. Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries, manage complaints and coordinate suitable resolutions or alternatives.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with customers to support service quality, customer retention and long-term business relationships.
6. Other Duties
Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
