1. Job Summary

To support daily restaurant operations by providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and food safety standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Restaurant Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, and daily operational tasks.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, service counter, and other designated areas.
• Food Safety: Follow food hygiene, safety, and handling procedures at all times.
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and reporting shortages.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other Duties: Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or supervisor.

3. Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Friendly, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the agreed schedule.
• Able to commit to the agreed working hours and scheduled shifts.
• Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Training will be provided.

4. Working Conditions

• Pay Rate: RM10 per hour.
• Working Hours: Based on the agreed schedule and operational requirements.
• Work Schedule: Flexible shifts, subject to roster and availability.
• Benefits: Staff meal provided; applicable training and food-handler requirements covered by the company, subject to company arrangements.
