Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- Recording financial transactions by enteringaccount information
- Maintaining accounting records
- Providing financial information to management bycompiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans and financialstatements (including monthly and annual reports)
- To assist auditor in yearly audit
- Managing financial systems and budgets
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Providing basic tax planning advice with referenceto current legislation, as well as any other related tax matter for compliance
- Maintaining accounting controls by designing andimplementing policies and procedures
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by analysingaccounts
- Prepare management accountsto facilitate business analysis, including the preparations of financial ratio
- Assist in preparing cost,profit and loss analysis
- Assist in the balance sheetanalysis and reconciliation process
- Assist in the budgeting andforecasting process
- Prepare accruals, prepaymentsand journals
- Prepare month-end journalposting
