Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualifications with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity.

• Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.

• Must be disciplined and committed.

• Tentative start date will be in November 2026.

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries about products and services.

• Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.

• Providing the appropriate service standards and building good rapport with customers.

• Assisting with all aspects of the retail store and adhering to the Company’s policies and regulations.

• Reporting to the Floor Executive and Store Manager.
