Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Creative, organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activities

Coordinate social media content, promotional copywriting and online marketing materials

Work with designers and content creators to produce posters, videos and advertisements

Coordinate photo and video shoots, marketing events and promotional activities

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Monitor social media engagement and track marketing campaign performance

Liaise with outlets to collect photos, videos, customer feedback and promotional updates

Assist in promoting new services, packages and special offers

Handle marketing documents, schedules, reports and general administrative tasks

Support the Marketing Coordinator and management in daily marketing operations

Perform other duties as assigned by management
