Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

  • Passion for working with young children and a patient, caring demeanor.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of child development principles.

  • Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities for young children.

  • Guiding children school homework

  • Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Help children with basic daily routines

  • Prepare and serve snacks and meals, adhering to dietary guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
