Stonex Stone Specialist is looking for an Admin Assistant cum Sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Duties

• Handle daily administrative and office support duties. 
• Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email enquiries. 
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and general correspondence. 
• Maintain proper filing and update company records. Coordinate appointments, site visits and work schedules. 
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal operations team. 
• Assist with purchasing and sourcing of materials when required. 
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Sales & Customer Support 

• Attend to enquiries from new and existing customers. 
• Follow up on quotations, sales leads and potential projects.
• Introduce and explain the company’s marble and stone restoration services. 
• Assist in preparing quotations and sales proposals. 
• Follow up with customers on quotation status, project confirmation and scheduling. 
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Source for potential customers through calls, email and online platforms. 
• Maintain and update customer and sales records. 
• Assist with simple marketing and social media activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email correspondence. 
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Must be willing to learn about marble, granite and natural stone restoration works. 
• Must be willing to learn and understand the construction and renovation industry. 
• Willing to learn basic technical knowledge to better assist customers and prepare quotations.
