Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role.

Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for cash handling.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to Tiramisu&coffee standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment.

Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately.

Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
