Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or a related role.

Strong writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting, social media marketing, and SEO fundamentals.

Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and websites.

Experience using analytics and marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and improve results.

Strong understanding of current social media trends, digital content formats, and audience behaviour.

Able to independently manage multiple campaigns, content schedules, and weekly deliverables.

Creative, proactive, data-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Plan and execute digital marketing and content strategies across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Create and manage digital content in English and Bahasa Melayu across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Write engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, advertisements, campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.

Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across marketing channels.

Own day-to-day social media and content marketing activities from planning through execution and performance review.

Analyse performance data and recommend improvements to content, targeting, campaigns, and channel strategy.

Research market trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and emerging digital platforms to identify new marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing messages reflect customer needs and commercial priorities.

Propose and test new content formats, campaigns, and marketing ideas to improve audience engagement and business results.

Ensure brand messaging and communication remain consistent across all digital touchpoints.
