Responsibilities

Fullsets of account

  • proper key in system purchase order,goods received note, purchase and issuepayment cheque
  • proper key in system quotation, sales order, delivery order, invoice, receivedcheque
  • payable reconciliation and recivable reconciliation
  • recivable management and payable manageent with customer and vendor accordingwith ageing
  • bank reconciliation and stock management
  • fixed assets register
  • prepare financial report
  • calculation CPF and practice CPF E submission
  • Handle GST submission
