MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is sourcing experienced candidates for nine AI, data science and technology positions with a technology solutions company based in Seremban.

The company provides customised technology services, including web and mobile application development, digital solutions and business automation. These opportunities suit professionals who can translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions and contribute to development, implementation and ongoing improvement.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. AI DATA PIPELINE ENGINEER

Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines that support AI applications, machine learning and analytics.

• Build automated processes for data collection, ingestion, transformation and integration.
• Prepare and validate datasets for model training, evaluation and production use.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline failures and improve processing performance.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to ensure data meets project requirements.

Relevant expertise: Python, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, databases and cloud data platforms. Experience supporting AI or machine learning workflows would be advantageous.

2. AI SECURITY ENGINEER

Identify and address security risks affecting AI applications, models, data and infrastructure.

• Assess AI systems for vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security controls.
• Protect sensitive data, APIs, model access and application environments.
• Evaluate risks including prompt injection, data leakage and unauthorised access.
• Conduct security testing and work with development teams to resolve findings.

Relevant expertise: Cybersecurity, application or cloud security, API security, access management and secure development practices. Experience securing AI applications would be advantageous.

3. SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

Lead the development and deployment of machine learning solutions for practical business needs.

• Translate business requirements into suitable machine learning approaches.
• Develop, train, evaluate and optimise models.
• Deploy models into applications and monitor production performance.
• Provide technical guidance and improve model reliability, efficiency and scalability.

Relevant expertise: Substantial hands-on experience in machine learning development and deployment, Python, model evaluation and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with MLOps would be advantageous.

4. AI CHATBOT DEVELOPER

Build conversational AI applications for customer enquiries, information retrieval and business workflows.

• Develop chatbots and conversational assistants.
• Integrate applications with websites, databases, APIs and business systems.
• Build knowledge retrieval capabilities and manage conversation flows.
• Test response accuracy, relevance and reliability, including escalation to human support.

Relevant expertise: Python or JavaScript, API integration and conversational AI. Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases or chatbot platforms would be advantageous.

5. AI RESEARCH ENGINEER

Evaluate AI methods and develop prototypes for practical products and services.

• Review relevant research and assess its suitability for project requirements.
• Design experiments, prepare datasets and compare model performance.
• Develop prototypes using machine learning, deep learning or generative AI.
• Document findings and collaborate with engineering teams on implementation.

Relevant expertise: Applied AI research, Python, experimental design and model evaluation. Relevant postgraduate research, publications or a strong applied AI portfolio would be advantageous.

6. PRINCIPAL DATA SCIENTIST

Provide technical leadership for data science initiatives and guide the development of solutions that support business decisions.

• Review methodologies, challenge assumptions and ensure findings are reliable.

7. AI DEVOPS ENGINEER

Develop and maintain the infrastructure and deployment processes needed to operate AI applications reliably.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services and supporting applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment and environment configuration.
• Manage containerised workloads and monitor availability, performance and resource usage.
• Work with AI and software engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve operational reliability.

Relevant expertise: Cloud infrastructure, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and infrastructure as code. Experience supporting model deployment, GPU workloads or MLOps platforms would be advantageous.

8. GENERATIVE AI ENGINEER

Develop applications using generative AI models to support information retrieval, content generation and business automation.

• Select and integrate suitable models based on application requirements.
• Build RAG workflows, connect enterprise data sources and integrate external tools or APIs.
• Evaluate output quality and implement safeguards for inaccurate or inappropriate responses.
• Optimise application latency, operating costs and reliability.

Relevant expertise: Python, large language models, API integration, embeddings, vector databases and AI evaluation. Experience deploying generative AI applications into production would be advantageous.

9. AI UX DESIGNER

Design clear, usable interfaces and interactions for AI-powered products.

• Conduct user research to understand needs, workflows and expectations.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design interactions that help users understand AI outputs, provide feedback and recover from errors.
• Conduct usability testing and collaborate with developers to improve the product experience.
