Responsibilities
We are looking for proactive and resourceful Part-Time Talent Sourcers to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and source suitable candidates for our recruitment pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through recruitment platforms
Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on hiring requirements.
Identify suitable candidates for sales and corporate positions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Avoid duplicate sourcing and ensure candidate profiles meet the required criteria.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve daily sourcing targets.
Requirements
No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided.
Comfortable navigating online job portals and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
Able to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
