Responsibilities
Our restaurant Korean restaurant so oriental restaurant have a experience assistant cook find.
1. Assistant the head chef and cook in food preparation and cooking.
2. Prepare ingredients including washing peeling cutting and chopping meat vegetables, and seafood.
3. Assist in Korean dishes and other menu items.
4. Follow recipes and instruction from the head chef.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
6. Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
7. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
8. Clean kitchen equipment utensils and workstations.
9. Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management.
10. Follow the food safety and hygiene regulations.
