Job Description
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Handle operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Arrange and update appointments for walk-in customers and liaise with the internal stakeholders
Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues
Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of retail operational duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
Other retail showroom related duties assigned by supervisor
Pre-requisites:
Min. 'O' Level
Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment) with exposure in retail operations
PC literate
Organised, meticulous and possess good communication skills
Able to work on 5 days rotating work week which includes weekends and public holidays
The successful candidate will be based at our Life by City Energy showroom located Plaza Singapura shopping mall.
