Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & New Business Development
Identify, prospect, and convert large-scale IT clients。
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
2. Strategic Partnership Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and vendors.
Strengthen the partner ecosystem to enhance delivery capabilities and competitive positioning.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed annual targets for IT services revenue, new contract signings, and client renewals.
Drive performance through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
4. Requirement Analysis & Proposal Preparation
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to analyze client requirements.
Lead the creation of professional, structured proposals and presentation materials.
5. Negotiation & Contract Closing
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in coordination with legal and operations teams.
Ensure smooth transition from deal closure to delivery handover.
