Job Descriptions

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical functions — engineering, product, operations, and corporate
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive searches to closure

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Execute proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and community channels
• Build warm pipelines and engage passive candidates for senior and specialised roles

Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

• Represent the company’s mission authentically to candidates across markets
• Support employer branding initiatives including events and university partnerships

Data & Process

• Track key recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness
• Continuously improve processes and tooling as the team scales

Job Requirements

• 3–8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in tech or a high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-moving organisation
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates across global markets
• Experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, or product is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders
