Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop reusable components, business logic, workflows, and responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and manage data models, entities, and database interactions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to improve application performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Manage application deployment and releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and OutSystems development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development team members.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with OutSystems 11 (O11) and/or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Experience developing Reactive Web Applications and/or Mobile Applications.
• Strong understanding of OutSystems Service Studio and application development concepts.
• Experience with REST API integration; SOAP is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and application troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of application deployment and environment management.

Good-to-Have Skills

• OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer certification.
• Experience with OutSystems LifeTime, Service Center, and Integration Studio.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
