Full Time Senior Communications Officer (Putrajaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Solidaridad Network Foundation (Malaysia) Federal Territory - Maukerja

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and content-writing skills.
• Strong experience in strategic communications planning, content creation, and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of sustainable agriculture/environment, especially relating to palm oil, is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans aligned with organizational goals and programme objectives.
• Supervise, provide guidance, feedback, and capacity building.
• Provide high-level editorial oversight and quality assurance on all communications materials.
• Oversee content development for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Lead the communications with the European Solidaridad Network headquarter
• Lead crisis communications and provide strategic messaging support when needed.
• Analyze communications data and performance metrics to inform future strategies. 
• Oversee the design and implementation of the social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with wider campaign objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with operations, programme leads, and external partners for cohesive communications outputs.
• Maintain awareness of current trends and innovations in communications, particularly in sustainability, nonprofit, and agricultural sectors.
• Manage communications budgets and external vendors where necessary.
