Job Description

Requirements

  •  Diploma or degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System.
  •  Self-motivated.
  •  Minimum 3-5years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  •  Good management and interpersonal skill.
  •  Highly committed and result oriented.
  •  Computer literate,analytical,meticulous and possess eye for details.
  •  A strong command for English and Bahasa that enable affective communication and report wiring.

Responsibilities

  •  Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare or compile contract related documentation.
  •  Ensdure that all projects are properly control in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinates with site PIC for all activities related to construction and inspection of work being carried out,completed and properly documented.
  •  Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare progress claim accordingly.
  •  Assist MD/Enginner on variation order process respectively.
