Full Time Resident Technical Officer M-E - With Airport Experience Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in Greensafe International Pte Ltd Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical and electrical works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure M&E installation works meet project requirements and approved standards.
• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Coordinate with M&E contractors, consultants and other disciplines to resolve site issues and interface problems.
• Check M&E shop drawings, installation details and approved materials where required.
• Monitor works involving electrical power, lighting, mechanical services, ventilation, ACMV and other relevant building services.
• Ensure M&E works are properly coordinated with civil, structural and architectural works.
• Identify defects, non-compliance and installation issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities and ensure relevant records and reports are maintained.
• Supervise M&E works during phased construction, night works and within operational facilities.
• Attend site inspections, coordination meetings and testing/commissioning activities.
• Maintain daily site records, inspection reports and photographic records.
• Assist the RE/consultant in monitoring progress and quality of M&E works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience as an RTO.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in M&E construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience in airport, large-scale A&A or brownfield projects will be advantageous.
• Experience with phased construction and night works will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of M&E drawings, installation practices, inspection and testing procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Willing to work rotating shift when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Must be Register RTO from IES (Preferred)
