Research market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to identify new product opportunities and gaps in the market.

Coordinate the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial concept and design through testing, formulation, and commercial launch.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and marketing, to bring products to market on schedule.

Source, test, and evaluate raw materials, packaging options, and supplier samples to meet quality standards and target price points.

Conduct product testing, user trial feedback analysis, and quality control checks to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, bills of materials (BOM), costings, and user compliance guides.
