Full Time ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in PENTAGON FREIGHT SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quarterly Submission of GST on time
• Process day to day operations in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
•  Process timely payments to creditors.
• Ensure all invoices are accurately input into system and are supported by the relevant approved documents
•  Maintain a healthy vendors’ aging, prepare vendors reconciliation on monthly basis
• Attend to both internal and external queries on payment status
• Generate requested report
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Relevant qualifications with 2 years’ experience
• Preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry or any of the Oil and Gas, EPC, and Marine industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. 
• Good team player, with an enthusiastic& proactive attitude
