Current Areas of Focus

We are currently seeking Fellows to lead projects in the following areas:

• ️ Tech Dev: Get hands-on with AI-powered tooling — contribute to sprints, squash bugs, or build features that enhance internal systems.
• Marketing, Communications & Branding: Take ownership of our content calendar or dive into the data to analyze our latest campaign performance.
• Business Intelligence: Turn data into action. You'll help build dashboards, analyze trends, and support real business decisions—all while learning how healthcare organizations use data to grow. If you love solving puzzles with SQL or Excel, this is your spot.
• Finance: Gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting support, and data-driven analysis.
• People Ops & HR: Help us scale our culture by coordinating our next virtual team event or revamping our career page.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited polytechnic/college/university
• Tech-savvy & eager: You crush it in Excel, pick up new software in minutes, and are hungry to learn SQL, Power BI, or Workday.
