Job Description
Responsibilities
As a B2B Sales Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of leads spanning MSME, SME and — as your book matures — large enterprise accounts, from a meeting booked by our inside sales team through to a signed, funded training proposal. You'll be the face of Bells for Enterprises to prospective clients, translating a business's skilling needs into the right programme (or a customised build) from our catalogue, and working closely with our Programme & Content and Delivery Ops teams to get proposals out the door and clients delivered against. Opportunity to transform AI skilling thru transformation programs across our corporate clients.
What You'll Do• Run discovery and sales meetings with SME/MSME prospects, understanding the upskilling problem they're trying to solve and who the training is for
• Build and send proposals — using our standard, WSQ-approved programme catalogue wherever it fits, and looping in Programme & Content for a customised class or a net-new, WSQ-certified programme when it doesn't
• Own your pipeline end-to-end in Zoho CRM: accurate stage progression, realistic closing dates, and clean data on every deal you carry
• Advise clients on how SFEC and other government-funded schemes can reduce or eliminate their out-of-pocket training cost
• Work toward monthly and quarterly closed-revenue and win-rate targets
• Keep meeting outcomes current (held, converted, rescheduled, no-show) so your funnel reflects what's actually happening
• Coordinate with the inside-sales/calling team and channel partners on lead handoff quality, flagging gaps back to them
• Build genuine relationships with SME/MSME decision-makers — often HR/L&D leads or business owners — who may return for repeat programmes
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into SMEs, in training/education, HR-tech, SaaS, or a related B2B services field
• A track record of running your own pipeline and closing deals — not just generating leads
• Comfortable working in a CRM daily (Zoho CRM or equivalent), with real pipeline discipline
• Strong discovery and consultative-selling instincts — able to turn a client conversation into the right proposal, not a generic pitch
• Clear written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to business owners and HR/L&D stakeholders
• Self-starter energy — this is a lean, fast-moving team building a new business, not a mature sales org with a long-established playbook
• Eligible to work in Singapore
Nice to have:
– Experience selling government-funded or grant-subsidised programmes (SFEC, WSQ, or similar schemes)
– Familiarity with corporate training, adult education, or workforce/AI upskilling
– Experience selling a portfolio of multiple products or programmes rather than a single SKU
• A target you will achieve month on month/quarter on quarter & year on year
• A steadily growing personal pipeline in Zoho CRM with clean, current stage data
• A win rate and average sales cycle that improve quarter over quarter as you learn the programme catalogue and client base
• Meetings that convert into real conversations — not no-shows or endless reschedules
• Growing fluency across the programme catalogue, so you can position — and helpfully steer clients away from — the programmes that don't fit their actual need
• A base salary in line with the team's current Sales Manager band
• Genuine ownership of a growth story — the chance to help build a multimillion-dollar B2B business from its earliest stage, with your fingerprints on the deals, clients and processes that define it
• A ground-floor seat in a new business unit, with an active pipeline of inbound leads (calling team and channel partners) feeding you from day one
• Direct exposure to Singapore's SFEC-funded skilling ecosystem — a durable, government-backed source of demand
• A client book that grows with you — from MSME and SME relationships today toward large-enterprise accounts as the business scales
• A clear reporting line into a dedicated Senior Sales Manager, with a small, hands-on leadership team and direct access to the people building this business
• Build something real, from day one. You're joining at the ground floor of a brand-new B2B division — not inheriting someone else's playbook, but writing it. Every deal you close and every process you shape becomes part of how this business runs at scale.
• High growth, high energy. We're scaling fast — new hires, new programmes, new client segments, quarter after quarter. Decisions move fast, leadership is a desk away not a layer away, and a good idea can become how the team works within weeks.
• Real transformational impact. You won't just be selling training — you'll be bringing AI-first workforce transformation to Singapore's employers, helping business owners and HR leaders future-proof their teams at the exact moment AI is reshaping how every job gets done.
• Go deep, not just wide. This isn't one-and-done, transactional selling. Our funded-programme model and growing catalogue are built for repeat, multi-programme relationships — you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, not a vendor they forget between deals.
• A client landscape that grows with you. You'll start with MSME and SME accounts and grow into larger enterprise relationships as our book expands — broadening both the deals you own and the seniority of the stakeholders you sell to.
Bells Singapore's Enterprise (B2B) division helps Singapore employers — from MSMEs and SMEs to large enterprises — upskill their workforce through short, outcomes-focused, hands-on training programmes & transformation programs, many delivered at little to no out-of-pocket cost through SFEC and other government-funded skilling schemes. We are a fast-growing team building this business from the ground up, with an AI-first programme catalogue spanning AI Skilling, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics & Visualisation, Sales, and Leadership & Professional Effectiveness.
