Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Preparation of RFQ’s
Source for quotation for materials and service
Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
Prepare settlement for final account
Manage Contracts administration
Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry
Possess strong technical and administrative background to meet reporting and documentation requirement
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results with minimal supervision
Candidates with building construction projects will have added advantage
