Osak Logistics Pte. Ltd. is a growing Singapore last-mile delivery and logistics company. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full range of HR and office administration functions independently.Job Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews and job offers- Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires- Handle work pass matters (Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit) applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations- Prepare employment contracts, letters and HR documentation- Maintain staff records, leave records and attendance- Manage offboarding, including exit clearance and work pass cancellations- Handle general office administration, including office supplies, vendors and facilities- Support management on HR policies and ad-hoc projectsJob Requirements- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore- Hands-on experience with MOM work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Work Permit)- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and local HR practices- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Experience in logistics or delivery operations is an advantageWorking HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
