Responsibilities
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Service Crew to join our Food & Beverage team!
If you enjoy working with people and are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, we welcome you to join our team. Training will be provided, so prior F&B experience is not essential.
Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Take orders and serve food and beverages
Process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas
Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times
Job Requirements
Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
F&B experience is an advantage but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well in a diverse and multicultural team
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Food hygiene certification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one
Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
