• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and drive sales
• Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage customer orders through records and coordinate timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, invoice and product records.
• Handle jewellry stock counting, transfers, replenishment and security procedures.
• Maintain product displays and follow visual merchandising standards.
• Support customer returns and old-gold transactions as per company policies.
• Follow grooming standards, SOPs, security protocols and reporting requirements.
• Develop knowledge of billing, cash, packing and other store operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
