Roles & Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of the supervisor include team management, operational supervision and performance monitoring:

1.Overseeing Daily Operations and Staff Activities

Monitor and coordinate daily work activities, ensure proper staffing levels, and maintain operational efficiency.

2.Assigning Tasks and Managing Team Schedules

Create and manage work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

3.Monitoring Employee Performance

Track employee performance, provide feedback and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.

4.Ensuring Workplace Policies and Standards are Followed

Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards across all operations.

5.Reporting to Management

Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, team performance, and key metrics to upper management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.

Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.

Willing to learn, positive attitude.
