Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Work Location: Pandan Road

Working Hours: 5.5 working days alternative Saturday off after three months' probation subject to review

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on customers' outstanding accounts and collection of payments.
• Process incoming payments and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare customer statements and monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Accounts Receivable records.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or accounting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, responsible, and possess good communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
