Join PERSOL as an HR Consultant Associate and play a key role in supporting recruitment and workforce management activities. You will be responsible for employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, client and candidate support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Job Descriptions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support recruitment consultants in managing candidate engagement and employee welfare.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contract administration, and HR-related enquiries.
• Monitor temporary employees' assignments, attendance, payroll matters, and completion status.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate and employee records in the system.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout their employment journey.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and providing professional HR support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Candidates with experience in customer service, recruitment, HR, sales support, hospitality, or account management are welcome (Training Provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
